This interactive workshop goes beyond simple tasting: you’ll discover how to capture the essence of seasonal fruits and herbs and transform them into sustainable cocktail creations.


Throughout the experience, you’ll dive into the art of honey infusions, crafting homemade syrups, and experimenting with fermentation. You’ll learn how to make shrub (a refreshing sweet-and-sour cocktail base) and explore the versatility of kombucha as a mixer.

All ingredients are sourced from local Hungarian producers, ensuring both high quality and sustainability. With the zero-waste mixology approach, you’ll see how every part of a fruit (from peel to flesh) can be transformed into something delicious and surprising.
