We don't build our cocktails around bottles.
We build them around seasons, local ingredients, fermentation, preservation, and the people who grow them.
Every ingredient has a reason to be here. Most are produced in house, sourced from Hungarian farmers and artisans, or reimagined from parts that would normally go to waste. The result is a menu that changes with nature, not trends.
Nearly every signature drink can be enjoyed with or without alcohol, so your experience is defined by flavour rather than ABV.
